Sarah our fully qualified Physical Well Being Therapist, offers expert advice and guidance on exercise and dietary requirements for clients who wish to address their own physical well being. These sessions can be beneficial for clients suffering from symptoms including depression, anxiety and frustration.

What does Physical well-being have to offer and how can it help?
               
                For the body:-

                        
Stretches and tones muscles

                         Boosts the circulation and nervous system

                         Helps digestive and respiratory problems

                         Strengthens the heart

                         Reduces body fat %

                For the mind:-

                          Relaxes both the body and the mind

                          Energises and relieves tiredness

                          Releases pent-up emotion and anxiety

                          Creates a sense of distance and perspective

1-2-1 Fitness Sessions


Our 1-2-1 fitness sessions with Sarah, are on  Monday's between 10.am and 6pm, and on a Wednesday between11am and 3pm.
