Complementary Therapies

Our Complementary Therapists Sandra, Louise, Sue and Kay, share with MOSAIC II a wealth of knowledge and experience, and offer a range of therapies including massage, acupuncture,  reflexology, craniosacral therapy, energy healing and reiki.  We are aware that these therapies are beneficial to clients suffering from stress and anxiety.  We also believe that these treatments, can assist in helping clients to relax, as it can be very difficult to “switch off” when going through a traumatic experience.

Other Complementary Therapies include:-

Bach Flower Remedies:-

The 38 Bach Flower Remedies are used to treat emotional states.  Each remedy affects a specific emotion, for example, Holly is for feelings of hatred, envy, suspicion or revenge.  Larch is for lack of self confidence and a feeling of inferiority. The remedies are perfectly safe to take alongside conventional medicine and are also safe for children.

Craniosacral Therapy:-

Worry and stress goes through our whole nervous system, creating ripples of tension and discomfort.  Craniosacral therapy is a gentle and subtle thereapy which can address these issues.

Energy  Healing:-

A simple non intrusive way of working with the subtle systems of the body.  The intention is to clear blockages and restore balance and harmony to the body.

Hot Stones Massage:-

A speciality massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones alongside the massage.

Our Complementary Therapists are available on Monday's from 11am to 4pm, Tuesday's from 10am to 3pm, Wednesday's from 12pm to 6pm and Thursday's 12pm to 4.45pm.  Sessions will last up to one hour.
